Using the service
By ordering through the XTO Pizza website or app you agree to these terms. Orders are for dine-in at our outlets or takeaway from the counter. We do not currently offer home delivery.
Menu, prices and availability
Prices are in Indian rupees. GST and packaging charges are extra as applicable. Items may become unavailable and we may change prices and the menu at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged. Photos are for illustration and the dish served may vary slightly.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and the outlet receives it. Payment is processed by our payment gateway. Coupon codes follow the conditions shown with the offer, one coupon per order, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Food and allergens
XTO Pizza is a pure vegetarian kitchen. Dishes may contain dairy, gluten, nuts and other allergens. Tell the outlet about any allergy before you order.

Our responsibility
We take care to prepare food safely and accurately. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, place false orders or attempt to disrupt it. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
