No account to delete
The XTO Pizza app and website do not ask you to create an account or password. The only information tied to you is the order details you submit (name, mobile number, table number, items ordered), any enquiry you send, and a notification token if you switched on notifications.
How to ask us to delete your data
- Email info@xtopizza.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the mobile number you used to order.
- Or call an outlet on +91 70300 00776 (Shivane) or +91 70300 00886 (Nanded City).
We will confirm and delete or anonymise your order history, enquiries and notification token within 30 days.
What we may have to keep
Records of completed paid orders, such as the amount, date and payment reference, are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules in India require. These are kept without any use beyond that purpose.
Do it yourself
You can remove the data stored on your own device at any time by clearing the app or site data in your device settings. Turning off notifications in device settings stops all push messages.
