Who we are
XTO Pizza (Ardur Foods Pvt. Ltd.) runs pure vegetarian outlets at Shivane (Khadakwasla) and Nanded City, Pune, and the XTO Pizza website and mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect when you use them and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Order details: your name, mobile number, table number (for dine-in), the outlet you choose and the items you order.
- Enquiry forms: name, mobile number, email, city and the message you write when you use the franchise, careers or contact forms.
- Order updates: if you switch on notifications, a push subscription token from your device so we can tell you when your order is ready.
- Location: your device location is used only when you tap "Use my location" to find the nearest outlet. We do not store it.
- Payments: payments are handled by our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details. We receive a payment reference and the paid or failed status.
- On your device: the website and app keep your cart and recent order ID in your browser or app storage so they are there when you return.
How we use it
- To prepare, serve and track your order and to contact you about it.
- To respond to franchise, careers and contact enquiries.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
- To fix problems and keep the service secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with: our payment gateway to take payment; our restaurant billing (POS) system so the kitchen receives your order; and our hosting provider that runs the service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Enquiry details are kept until the enquiry is closed and for a reasonable period after.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop notifications, by writing to info@xtopizza.com or calling an outlet. You can turn off notifications and location at any time in your device settings.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See how to request deletion. We act on requests within 30 days.
Children
The service is meant for general customers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
